Top of My Christmas List

***until 12/2/11***

I clearly can't lay bare everything I'm wishing for for Christmas, not yet.  Santa is the only one who needs to know.  But, I will reveal this much:  The following item from craigslist is at the very tip top of my list.

Covered Wagon Twin Bed - $350 (Greenville)

It's a twin bed frame, shaped like a covered wagon.

Do you know why??

So I can Caulk the wagon and Float it!!! I love me some Oregon Trail.  Golly, we used to walk to the public library after school to get in 30 minutes (there was a time limit) on one of the 3 computers there and play Oregon Trail, on floppy disks.  It was everything a childhood memory should be.

  2. @Amber,

The weird thing is, the house it was photographed in looks relatively normal... said it was "perfect for a little girl who wanted to live out Little House On The Prarie" ha! And yes, I'm in the Upstate. Why, are you?

  3. LOL! I love the Little House series when I was a child and yet I don't think I would have EVER wanted to sleep in a wagon. Yep, we're in the Lowcountry. FD with the worst rep in the world right now, LOL!

  5. That is very cool...I love Little House on the Prairie. It came on one night a week when I was a kid.

Umm, my kids played Oregon Trail.

(I feel like I should be checking out nursing homes.)
